I signed up with Apple Sign-In and now I cannot find my account or subscription.
When you use "Sign in with Apple," Apple creates a private relay email address for your account. This email looks something like abc123@privaterelay.appleid.com.
If you later try to sign up or log in with your regular email address, a new separate account is created. Your subscription stays on the original Apple Sign-In account.
What to do:
1. Try tapping Sign in with Apple on the login screen to get back into your original account
2. If that does not work, contact us at support@careclinic.io
3. Include your regular email address and we will locate both accounts
4. We can transfer your subscription to whichever account you prefer
You do not need to purchase a second subscription. We will sort it out for you.
