Why is my account not upgrading even though I have paid?
If your account isn't upgrading after payment, try these steps:
1. Restore Purchase:
• Tap "More" in the bottom navigation
• Select "App Settings"
• Scroll to "Backup & Sync"
• Tap "Restore Purchase"
If that doesn't work, the issue might be:
• You've previously subscribed and the previous account is getting the upgrade
• Your Apple account email differs from your sign-up email
• You may have signed up with an email but logged in via Apple, Google or Facebook which may use another email address, try logging in with your original account email
In these cases:
1. Email us at support@careclinic.io
2. Include your account email and purchase details
3. We'll investigate and resolve the issue
For faster resolution, check if you're signed in with the correct Apple ID that made the purchase. If you're still experiencing issues, don't hesitate to reach out for support.
Apple Sign-In Users
If you signed up using "Sign in with Apple," Apple created a private relay email address for your account (it looks like abc123@privaterelay.appleid.com). If you later signed up again with your regular email, a second account was created. Your subscription stays on the first account.
In this case:
1. Contact us at support@careclinic.io with your regular email
2. We will find both accounts and transfer your subscription to the one you want to keep
3. You do not need to purchase again
