How do I delete my account and data?

Before deleting your account, you are welcome to contact us at support@careclinic.io so we can help with whatever prompted it, whether that is billing, a feature issue, or something else. If you still want to proceed, you can delete your account yourself from either surface. In the app: More, then Settings, then Account Settings, then the delete option. On the website: sign in, open Settings, and use Deactivate Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated health data and cannot be undone. If neither route works for you, email support@careclinic.io and we will process it.
