How do I delete my account and remove my data?

You can delete your CareClinic account and data yourself, from either the app or the website. In the app, open More from the bottom menu, go to Settings, then Account Settings, and use the Deactivate Account option. On the website, sign in and go to Settings, then use Deactivate Account at the bottom of the page. Both routes remove your account and all associated health data, and both are permanent. If you need a copy of your data, export it before you delete. If you cannot complete either route, contact support@careclinic.io and we can process the deletion for you.
