How do I cancel a subscription?
If you are considering canceling your subscription, we would appreciate any feedback on issues you encountered or features you expected but did not find. This helps us improve the product and may allow us to resolve your concern. You can share feedback by clicking here.
Note: Contacting us is not required to cancel your subscription. You may cancel at any time directly through your device settings. Once canceled, access to premium features, including reminders and related functionality, will remain active until the end of the trial or billing period, after which it will be disabled. If you choose to resume your subscription later, pricing is not prorated and current rates may apply.
To proceed with cancellation, go to Settings in your Account settings (depending on your OS), select the app name, then tap 'Subscriptions' to manage your subscription. All payments, billing, and refunds are processed exclusively by the App Store providers. As a result, we are unable to initiate charges, issue refunds, or modify billing details.
