My caregiver scanned the QR code or tapped the shared link but nothing happens

If your caregiver taps a shared Care Team link and nothing happens, it is likely because they do not have the CareClinic app installed yet. The QR code link requires the app to be installed first.

What to do:
1. Ask your caregiver to first download CareClinic from the App Store or Google Play
2. Have them create an account and log in
3. Then try scanning the QR code again or tapping the shared link

Alternative method if the link still does not work:
1. Ask your caregiver for their CareClinic username or email
2. Go to More → My Care Team → tap the + icon
3. Choose "Add Manually" and enter their email or username directly
4. This sends them an in-app invitation they can accept

If neither method works, ensure both you and your caregiver are using the latest version of the app.
