How do I reactivate my Premium subscription?
If your Premium membership was canceled, expired, or payment failed (for example if your credit card expired or billing info changed), you can reactivate it by following these steps:
For Google Play (Android):
1. Open the Google Play app.
2. Make sure you are signed in with the same Google Account that purchased your subscription.
3. Tap Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
4. Select our App.
5. If you see Resubscribe or Restart, tap it. If your card expired, first update your credit card or add a new payment method, then tap Resubscribe.
6. If no Resubscribe option shows, tap Subscribe to start a new subscription.
For Apple App Store (iPhone/iPad):
1. Open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
2. Under Inactive or Expired, find our App
3. Tap Renew or Reactivate. If your credit card has expired, update your billing details first, then confirm.
4. If Renew is not shown, you will need to subscribe again by selecting a plan.
