What is the Health Timer and how do I use it?
The Health Timer is a built-in tool for timed health activities. You can find it under Pathways in the Health Tools section.
It supports two modes:
Countdown Timer
Choose from presets designed for common health routines: meditation and mindfulness sessions, breathing exercises for relaxation or sleep, stretching and physical therapy holds, ice or heat therapy for pain relief, nebulizer and inhaler wait times, focused work sessions (Pomodoro style), power naps, progressive muscle relaxation, and more. Each preset comes with a recommended duration and a brief explanation of why it works.
Stopwatch
Track the duration of health events as they happen: migraine or headache episodes, anxiety or panic episodes, symptom flare-ups, medication onset timing, infusion sessions, contractions, and other events where knowing the exact duration helps you and your care team.
Both modes include calming visual animations and completion sounds. Completed sessions are automatically saved to your Timeline, and you can add notes after each session to record how it went.
