The screen gets stuck or I cannot scroll properly. What should I do?
Some devices may experience scrolling or display issues in certain tracker screens. Here are some steps to try:
1. Force close the app and reopen it
2. Make sure you are on the latest version from your app store
3. Try clearing the app cache: go to your device Settings, then Apps, find the app, and tap Clear Cache (this does not delete your data)
4. Log out and log back in to refresh your session
