I am getting a limit error when trying to add more caregivers
Free accounts can add up to 3 Care Team members. If you see a message about reaching your limit:
To add more caregivers:
1. Upgrade to CareClinic Premium which allows unlimited Care Team members
2. Go to More → Premium → Choose a plan
If you have not reached 3 yet but still see the error:
1. Go to More → My Care Team
2. Check if you have pending or declined invitations that still count toward your limit
3. Remove any declined or inactive Care Team members to free up a slot
4. Then try adding the new caregiver again
Note: Both caregivers and dependents count toward the 3-member limit on free accounts.
