I accepted the caregiver invite but it still shows as Pending
If you accepted a Care Team invite but it still appears as Pending, the app may need to sync:
Try these steps:
1. Pull down on the My Care Team screen to refresh
2. Close and reopen the app completely
3. Make sure you have an active internet connection
If it still shows Pending:
1. Check that you accepted the invite while logged in (not while offline)
2. Ask the person who invited you to check their Care Team screen — it may show as Accepted on their end even if yours has not refreshed yet
3. If the status does not update after a few minutes, try having the inviter remove you and send a new invitation
The accept action requires an internet connection to complete. If you accepted while offline, the request is queued and will process when you are back online.
