My caregiver did not receive a notification about my Care Team invite
If your caregiver did not receive a notification about your invite, there are several possible reasons:
Push notifications may be disabled:
1. Ask your caregiver to open their device Settings
2. Find CareClinic in the app list
3. Ensure Notifications are turned ON
4. Make sure "Allow Notifications" is enabled with Banners and Sounds active
Email notification:
An email invitation is also sent automatically. Ask your caregiver to:
1. Check their inbox for an email from CareClinic
2. Check their Spam or Junk folder
3. Search for "CareTeam" in their email
Check in the app directly:
Even without a notification, your caregiver can find the invite by:
1. Opening CareClinic
2. Going to More → My Care Team
3. Looking for a "Pending Your Approval" request
4. Tapping Accept
If the invite does not appear at all, try removing and re-adding the caregiver.
