Can I connect MyChart, Epic or my clinical records from my provider?

Clinical records integration is available on iOS on a limited basis, through Apple Health Records, for certain users and conditions rather than for everyone. Where it is available, records your provider shares into Apple Health flow into the matching part of your account: medications into your medication list, conditions into condition records, allergies into allergy records, immunizations and procedures into your records, lab results into Lab and Imaging Results, and vital signs into Measurements.
