What if my symptom or other value doesn't have a duration?
Don't worry about duration for momentary symptoms or activities:
• By default, the app sets the start and end time as the same
• This means no duration is saved
• Perfect for quick symptoms or instant activities
If you later need to add duration, you can always edit the entry and adjust the times. This flexibility allows you to track both ongoing and momentary health events easily.
