How do I connect a symptom to a condition?
When first adding a new symptom from your Care Plan, look for the text "Link to existing health conditions" in the "Add Symptoms" or "Edit Symptoms" screen. Select your condition from the drop-down list to associate the symptom with the condition. If you need to add a new condition, tap "More" from the bottom navigation bar, tap "My Conditions", and add a new condition.
