How do I unsubscribe from emails or stop receiving notifications?
To stop emails: Look for the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email you received from us.
To stop push notifications:
1. Go to your device Settings
2. Find the app in your app list
3. Tap Notifications and toggle them off
To adjust in-app reminders:
Open the app, go to More, then My Reminders, and disable or adjust the reminders you no longer want.
