How do I reset my password?

Your password can be reset directly from the app on the Login screen or by visiting https://start.careclinic.io/. If you signed up with an Apple Relay Email and do not remember the relay email (if it was masked) check your inbox to confirm your email id. Alternatively, you can reset your password based on your username as well. The email should arrive within a few minutes, unless you had disabled all emails from us. Be sure to check your spam folder as well. If no email arrives and you have tried the above please contact support directly.
