Are clinical assessments standardized?
Yes. All assessments in the Self Assessments Tracker use standardized and validated instruments such as PHQ 9, GAD 7, MIDAS, WHO 5, and other condition specific validated tools. Scoring follows published scoring guidelines and results are stored without modification.
