How do you set a Default Care Plan?

If you have multiple care plans and want to set one as your default, make sure you are viewing this Care Plan. Then tap the "gear icon" on the top left. A menu will appear from the bottom allowing you to toggle the current Care Plan as the default. If the current Care Plan is your default and you toggle it off, the last Care Plan you created will become your default.
