How do I delete a Care Plan?

You may create as many additional care plan to replace an existing one for reference purposes. Once done, you can set this care plan as your default by clicking the "gear" icon on the top left on the care plan screen and tapping the "Set as Default Care Plan" toggle. However, if you still wish to delete a care plan from being visible in your My Care Plan list, visit the Edit Care Plan screen then tap the Trash Can icon on the top right.
