Do you support two-factor authentication or a passcode lock?
The app uses biometric security on the device rather than a second login code. Once enabled, opening the app requires Face ID, Touch ID or your device fingerprint or passcode, so your health information is not visible to anyone who picks up an unlocked phone. Turn it on from the More tab with the "Face ID Lock" switch. It shows as "Touch ID Lock" or "Password Lock" depending on your device.
