How do I use brain training to track cognitive function over time?
Go to Pathways > Brain Training, select an exercise, and follow the on-screen instructions. Sessions are short and designed for daily use. Each session records your score and completion time in your Timeline. Over weeks, this creates a longitudinal cognitive performance record you can review alongside your medications, sleep data, and symptom scores in the Insights tab.
