How do I record a medical procedure or surgery?

CareClinic makes medical record keeping easy! Go to More → Health Event Records → Add Event. Choose from 500+ pre-loaded procedures (surgeries, treatments, consultations) or add custom events.

Include event date, outcome (Successful/Ongoing/Complications), link to related conditions, and attach images/documents. Events are organized by year and searchable for easy reference during medical appointments.
