How do I record genetic test results?

Go to More → Genetic Records → Add Record. Choose from 38 genetic test types including NIPT, exome sequencing, pharmacogenomics, and ancestry testing.

Record test provider, sample type (blood/saliva/tissue), date, and detailed findings. Include genetic counselor notes and any recommended follow-up actions.
