How do I share reports with my provider?

Share your health data with providers in two ways.

Option 1 - Generate and share:
1. Go to More, then My Documents
2. Go to the Exports tab and generate a report
3. Select date range and data to include
4. Generate the PDF or CSV
5. Share the file directly with your provider

Option 2 - Provider access:
If your provider has access to your account through Care Team, they can generate their own reports from your data.
