What does Cycle Insights show?
Open Insights, choose Cycle, then Cycle Insights. The overview and calendar use logs to show current phase, estimated next period, fertile window, and ovulation date. Charts cover cycle length, regularity, flow, cervical mucus, temperature, phase breakdown, symptoms by phase, PMS, and mood. Estimates depend on your logged cycle and tracker data.
