Can healthcare providers initiate joining my Care Team, or do I always have to invite them?
They can initiate it by inviting you as a dependent. Alternatively, you must initiate adding healthcare providers to your Care Team. To add a healthcare provider:
1. Go to "More" > "My Care Team"
2. Tap the "+" icon
3. Enter their email address and other information
4. Set viewing permissions for your health data
5. Send the invitation
This ensures you maintain control over who has access to your health information. If a provider suggests joining your Care Team, you'll need to send them an invitation through the app.
