Why is my timeline blank or missing data?

Timeline issues are usually related to filters or data syncing. First, check if you have active filters by tapping the filter icon and clearing any date range, category, or care plan filters that might be hiding your data.

Verify the correct date range is selected and ensure you have the right Care Plan active, as timeline data is connected to specific care plans. Try pulling down to refresh the timeline. If you're syncing from health apps like Apple Health or Google Fit, confirm permissions are enabled in More → Integrations and retry the sync.
