How do I use the Compare feature to analyze multiple health metrics?
The Compare feature allows you to overlay multiple health metrics on the same chart for powerful pattern analysis. Access it through Reports → Comparison to compare different health trackers side by side.
You can compare any health metrics against each other - like mood vs sleep quality, medication adherence vs symptom severity, or nutrition vs energy levels. The feature supports both line charts and scatter plots with different colors for each metric. Compare different time periods (week to week, month to month) and use correlation calculations to identify relationships between your health patterns.
