How does the Impact feature work and what insights can I get?
CareClinic's Impact feature uses statistical correlation analysis to reveal relationships between your health data. It requires at least 3 entries of similar types on separate days to generate meaningful insights.
How it works: The system analyzes numerical patterns between different health trackers (medications + symptoms + mood + sleep) and calculates correlation strength.
Insights available: Symptom patterns, mood correlations, sleep quality impacts, nutrition effects, medication effectiveness, and cycle tracking relationships.
Output: Visual correlation bars showing positive/negative relationships with High/Medium/Low strength indicators. Ensure you're tracking consistently across multiple categories and have the correct Care Plan selected for accurate analysis.
