Why is my account not upgrading even though I have paid?

If your account isn't upgrading after payment, try these steps:

1. Restore Purchase:
• Tap "More" in the bottom navigation
• Select "App Settings"
• Scroll to "Backup & Sync"
• Tap "Restore Purchase"

If that doesn't work, the issue might be:
• You've previously subscribed
• Your Apple email differs from your sign-up email

In these cases:
1. Email us at support@careclinic.io
2. Include your account email and purchase details
3. We'll investigate and resolve the issue

For faster resolution, check if you're signed in with the correct Apple ID that made the purchase. If you're still experiencing issues, don't hesitate to reach out for support.
