How do I delete a medication?

To delete a medication:

From your care plan:
1. Locate the medication
2. Swipe left
3. Tap "Delete"

From the Medication Tracker:
1. Tap the pencil icon next to the medication name
2. On the Edit screen, tap the trash can icon (top right)
3. Confirm deletion

Always consult your healthcare provider before stopping any medication. This feature helps keep your medication list current and accurate.
